eCommerce Project Manager

Luminize is seeking an experienced and motivated eCommerce Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in project management and operations. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading high-impact projects and coordinating with multiple teams, including brand managers and the executive team to drive projects to completion efficiently through process improvement.

Experience with content, graphic design, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and exceptional skills in leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication are essential. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving both individual and company-wide success.

This role also has an operations component, requiring the candidate to help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce project management.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
