eCommerce Advertising Strategist

📍 Onsite in San Diego | Full-Time

Luminize is seeking a data-driven, creative eCommerce Advertising Strategist to manage and optimize Amazon search campaigns for clients across industries. If you love turning insights into action and want to grow within a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns across a range of clients and categories
Analyze performance data and align strategies with business goals
Use AI tools and delegation resources to streamline campaign execution
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in one key advertising area
Contribute to internal training materials and team knowledge-sharing
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams
Stay current on industry trends and best practices

What You Bring:

2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency preferred)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Console, 3rd-party platforms, or Google Ads
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Clear communicator and strong collaborator
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
