Senior eCommerce Advertising Strategist | $70,000–$90,000 (DOE) | San Diego (Onsite)

Luminize Marketing is growing—and we’re on the hunt for a Senior eCommerce Advertising Strategist to help power that momentum. If you love diving into data, shaping strategy, and making an impact for high-growth Amazon sellers, this role is for you.

In this role, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll own performance. You’ll lead Amazon search strategy across a variety of industries, provide actionable insights, and help drive real results. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to our collaborative, ever-evolving culture.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Campaign Strategy: Manage and optimize Amazon search campaigns for a diverse client base—think daily tweaks and big-picture strategy.
Turn Data into Action: Analyze performance using Amazon Ad Console and other platforms, aligning insights with broader business goals.
Be a Mentor & Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert, help develop training materials and support team growth.
Keep Growing: Stay ahead of trends and use AI tools to boost campaign efficiency and performance.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure everyone’s in sync and driving toward results.

What You Bring:

5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience is a big plus!)
2+ years managing Amazon retail search advertising (including Amazon PPC, Amazon Ad Console and/or Amazon 3rd Party Advertising Platforms)
A knack for making sense of data and turning it into strategies that work
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
A collaborative, proactive attitude—and a passion for helping brands grow
