Senior eCommerce Advertising Strategist | $90,000–$120,000 (DOE) | San Diego (Onsite)

Are you a performance-driven marketer who thrives on data, strategy, and client impact? Luminize is hiring a Senior Advertising Strategist to lead digital ad campaigns for Amazon and other retail media platforms. In this role, you'll own strategy, guide junior team members, and help shape the future of our ad services.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies
Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients
Leverage AI tools and delegation resources to improve performance and workflow
Mentor junior team members and contribute to training materials
Own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve strategy and operations

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
Advanced experience in Amazon Ad Console, 3rd-party tools, or platforms like Walmart Connect
Strong data skills using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Exceptional communication and client management abilities
Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship
Proficiency in project management and strategic execution
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
