Compliance Specialist – eCommerce & Amazon Policy

📍 Remote - Outside of the US | Full-Time

Are you detail-driven and passionate about keeping things on the right side of the rules? Luminize, a top Amazon-focused agency, is looking for a Compliance Specialist to help protect our clients’ brands and bottom lines by ensuring full alignment with Amazon policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll research relevant laws, draft appeals, manage Amazon support cases, and help maintain compliant, high-performing seller accounts. If you’re curious, organized, and ready to dig into the details, we want to hear from you.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Research and interpret laws and Amazon policies related to advertising, labeling, and consumer goods (FDA, EPA, etc.)
Resolve compliance issues by opening and managing cases with Amazon Seller Support
Draft appeals, Plans of Action, and other regulatory documentation under manager guidance
Monitor account compliance and communicate risks and requirements clearly to internal teams and clients
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement proactive compliance strategies
Stay up-to-date on changing Amazon policies and regulations to protect brand integrity

✅ What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1–2 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field (eCommerce experience is a plus!)
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate them clearly
High attention to detail and strong business judgment
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Candidates must reside outside the US, have valid work authorization for the country they are located/not require sponsorship now or in the future, and an ideal working schedule will be Noon to 8:00 Pacific (with flexibility depending on location - minimum 4 hour overlap with the team)
