🛍️ eCommerce Listing Specialist – Amazon Catalog Management

📍 Onsite in San Diego | Full-Time

Luminize is on the lookout for a Listing Specialist to help ensure our clients' Amazon product catalogs are accurate, optimized, and performing at their best. If you love getting the details right and making things run smoothly, this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, specs, and images
Optimize listings for search visibility and performance
Spot and resolve catalog issues like missing data or incorrect attributes
Work cross-functionally to fix problems and keep listings compliant with Amazon guidelines
Monitor listing health and generate reports on performance
Stay current on Amazon policies and implement best practices
Share ideas for improving catalog strategy and quality

✅ What You Bring

1+ year of experience managing Amazon listings or similar eCommerce platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and data entry
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
