We’re looking for a Director of Amazon Advertising who can drive the strategic vision, growth, and performance of the Amazon Advertising department by leading cross-functional teams, optimizing resources and budgets, and setting data-driven KPIs and long-term goals that enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and market leadership.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide strategic leadership for the Advertising department, overseeing budget planning, resource optimization, and organizational design to scale performance across teams
• Set and drive the advertising vision, establishing KPIs, long-term objectives, and performance frameworks to deliver measurable business impact and maximize ROAS
• Mentor and develop high-potential leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth aligned with company values
• Leverage market intelligence and performance analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and guide the adoption of innovative Amazon Advertising strategies
• Lead transformational initiatives to evolve advertising processes, improve executional efficiency, and position the team for future growth and industry leadership
• Ensure operational alignment by integrating departmental initiatives and milestones with company-wide goals, championing cross-functional collaboration at the executive level  

✅ What You Bring

• Five or more (5+) years of experience in Amazon Advertising, ideally in agency environments and in a senior individual contributor role, including at least five (5) additional years in a management role
• Deep experience within the Amazon ecosystem; managing high-performing teams and driving strategic growth across complex advertising operations
• Demonstrated expertise in project and people management, including setting clear priorities, delegating effectively, and coaching teams toward aligned organizational goals
• Strong adaptability and executional focus, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving advertising landscape
• Technical proficiency in data analysis and reporting, leveraging Excel/Google Sheets to extract insights, track performance, and inform strategic planning within Amazon Advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

 💵 Compensation Transparency
We’ve listed a broad salary range $125,000 - $175,000 to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
