Luminize is looking for a strategic, data-driven Principal eCommerce Brand Manager to lead high-impact Amazon brand strategies for our enterprise clients. This role combines leadership, client partnership, and hands-on execution—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Own complex brand portfolios and drive strategic growth across Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central)
Lead end-to-end project management, from planning to execution, across digital marketing and advertising
Conduct in-depth audits and use data to identify growth opportunities and risks
Partner directly with enterprise clients, managing escalations and delivering high-impact presentations
Build and mentor a team of Brand Managers while serving as a subject matter expert (SME)
Develop annual forecasts, PPC strategies, and KPI-driven reporting
Contribute to business planning and develop internal tools/templates to streamline operations

✅ What You Bring

8+ years of brand management experience, including 4+ years in Amazon eCommerce (agency experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of both Seller Central and Vendor Central
Exceptional communication, client management, and data storytelling skills
Proficiency in Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10), Excel/Google Sheets, Asana, PowerPoint/Slides
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives
Proven leadership and mentorship experience
